Staff was great. Joy did a great job helping me when I had an issue with Booking.com.
Booking.com is awful. There was an issue where they refused to send you all a new reservation when they amended my booking with them, which resulted in about a 1 1/2 hour waiting period for me to placed in a room. Additionally, the AC was not very cold, the room stayed pretty warm. Other than that, there were no other issues and I would stay here again.

The staff were unfailingly pleasant, from the front desk to housekeeping. It Eecent, quiet staywas a very quiet location despite being very close to a major highway.
The breakfast was less than stellar. The coffee tasted like it was frozen then heated up (not fresh). My food selection was an omelet with spinach, onions and cheese wrapped in a tortilla. It was a large, soggy mess that I could only eat with a knife and fork. I ate half of it and threw the rest away..

The location was great
The furniture was old and disheveled. The mattress was uncomfortable and the pillows were the worst I’ve ever experienced
