The location was great. The staff were helpful.
For the price we paid we expected the rooms to be less "tired" and needful of some refresh. Robes in the bathroom would be a nice touch and we would have liked another option for breakfasts other than the kiosk in the lobby where you can buy coffee or tea in paper cups and a pastry or going out to a restaurant. Maybe a coffee maker in the room with coffee pods and a tea pot that quickly boils water for tea.....would have been nice to start the morning off. Instead we had to go down to the lobby when we really weren't ready to go out for the day.

Staff was welcoming and friendly
Honestly we liked staying here. I'd say the elevators can get busy but minor in there scheme of things

Loved the location and the room was super comfortable.
Didn’t like that there was no fridge or anywhere to store food / snacks. I didn’t like the all citrus body wash, shampoo, conditioner and moisturiser collection. The pumps in the shower for shampoo etc were not great and only a small amount came out at a time.

Location was good, close to Central Park and a 15 min walk into time square
All seemed a bit dated and in need of a refresh
Breakfast was just a grab and go and we had to ask about it even though it was included in the room rate.
Bar was closed on Sunday evening, no facilities for a tea or coffee without leaving the hotel
Rooms were a bit snug for 3 adults
