Elevator issues during my stay.......but management took care of its patrons, but I have high anxiety for Elevator issues 🙃

Great location, good value for money. Most staff helpful band friendly.
Breakfast very basic, one coffee or juice, 1 pastry, 1 fruit.
Room was nice, has just been renovated.
Better choice at breakfast. Sometimes waited a while for the lift as very busy at times.

We were on the newly renovated seventeenth floor and it was absolutely fantastic.

clean rooms, comfortable beds , great view of the times square through our room window. bathroom had all necessary amenities and toiletteries.
firstly a/ c in the room was terrible, we were assigned a room initially in which air-conditioning was working fine but the next day it stopped working and they were not able to fix it.
room lacks microwave and room refrigerator.
No water dispenser.
2 elevators are functional only out of 4.
same grab and go breakfast options everyday, no variations.
