Nice and clean, great location to the transport and the best bit Times Square just in 2 min walking distance. No view, but the good point that the windows wasn't on the road side, so nice and quite. Rooms lovely.

The staff were amazing and so welcoming! They also added some personal touches for my partners birthday which was lovely.
The property is very classy.

location was great, hotel was old and had a small elevator. I was expecting better than this compare to the price
towels smell food and I was wondering why. I accidentally saw a large food service truck delivering clean towels. I am not joking.
