Very kind service, simple but super good breakfast in a beautiful boutique hotel kind of breakfast / drink room, busy location but a calm room and easy access to public transport. I would definitely revisit!
I would not have minded about simple luggage racks in the room.

Hotel has a great location in Manhattan, very close to multiple tube stations. Our room was on floor 18 with a great view to the city especially at night. The staff were always helpful and happy to answer any of our questions. Rosevale Cocktail Bar is also not to be missed, the ambient was great and there was a wide variety of drinks to choose from (+live jazz on certain nights).
Not a major issue but thought breakfast options were slightly limited, however what was available was good.

It was clean, cute, small…great breakfast buffet! The roof top bar, STARCHILD, was incredible!

Location
Size of room couldn’t un pack suitcases as room very small. Felt clostrophobic. Also charging $6 per person to sit in cocktail bar when a guest there seems unreasonable.
