Comfortable & friendly minus the lady that refills the breakfast buffet.

Real close to the airport. The ladies at the front desk were very pleasant & helpful.

The breakfast food wasn’t great & the woman who was refilling the buffet kept giving me & my *service* dog dirty looks. If she was curious she would/could have smiled. My dog had his vest on & is EXTREMELY well behaved too so there was no reason to look at us that way.

Very comfortable and clean. Close to the airport. They gave us a to-go bag with muffins, fruit and water which was a nice touch as we had to leave before breakfast.

Overall it was an okay stay!

Rooms were comfortable… pool was very nice and relaxing and breakfast was great despite the little bugs flying around

Lots of tiny nats/ bugs while eating breakfast and also in the lobby area and elevators

Bed Bugs????

My bed was fine and my bathroom was clean. My check in hosts was very very nice and helpful.

I sat on the couch in my room and was bitten by something on my arm and around my waist. I reported it to front desk. They say they checked the couch and found nothing. They didn't offer me to change rooms or anything. It made my stay very uncomfortable. My bed was fine, no bugs. I kept my luggage and everything in the bathroom on the counter.

Great stay for early morning flight

The hotel and room were very clean and front desk staff were super helpful and friendly also they have 24 hour shuttle service to the airport !

overall I was very pleased with everything they had to offer

very convenient for return to airport. great breakfast. very clean despite renovations.

my room window was along a busy highway so it was noisy all night

Perfect - clean rooms, great accommodations, including the exercise facility.

The hotel staff ALL excelled - what a wonderful environment they created! I felt safe, respected and, most important of, welcome. Thank you all so much.

I think it will be even better when the construction is done. Also, maybe add a shuttle to the Hartford Amtrak Station?

Superb

excellent fitness room, well maintained, and very clean. We left before breakfast was set out so can’t comment on breakfast. Room was very clean.

A couple of staff members were not very cheerful, seemed like they weren’t very happy people.

it was undergoing reservations, but we knew that going in. the new rooms are going to be amazing though, so it will be well worth it.

Hard beds but clean

clean, easy to get to our room

the beds were hard, uncomfortable. a lot of loitering around breakfast area, we were afraid to take a chance and eat. Heater made loud noise

Nice, clean, comfortable & fun.

The bed was really comfortable. Definitely made the best of the indoor pool & hot tub. Breakfast was good.

Whatever is being covered next to the hot tub was just ugly nothing major.

Traveling for family event and vacation.

Hotel is clean and modern.

Staff had ncao record of our Booking.com reservation. They charged a second time for a room we had already paid for through Booking.com. Booking.com had to make it right for us with a refund as the hotel refused to acknowledge there was a problem.

Close but…no cigar

just misses - below the reputation of Hampton Inns bed uncomfortable, forgot we were staying another night, so keys didn’t work. no big deal, but minor inconvenience. breakfast good, but toaster didn’t quite work well enough . just a lot of little things.

Quick overnight stay close to airport

Everything. Did not stay there for breakfast. Our flight left way early in the morning. Beds were comfortable facilities were clean staff was friendly and informative. They offered to pick us up at the airport after we drop the Rental Car off and then brought us to the airport of the following morning.

I would’ve like to try the breakfast but wasn’t able to do to our flight leaving early in the morning
