My room faced the buildings which is lovely. Exceptional would have been the Central Park view. My room was a lovely size and my bed was just what I needed. The ac could have been a little stronger but I was happy.

Location is great, just right next to the Central Park
We booked and paid extra for our high floor with park view room for more than 6 months before our 3 nights stay in July 2026. We requested for high floor with nice park view but the hotel only gave us the lowest floor among 8-24th they could assign. I understand that they have many customers, but the fact that we booked and paid 6 months before hand and still got a low floor was a bit disappointing. We finally changed our room to 18th floor the next day but we had to insisted the reception to help us. We feel this is not fair and bad arrangement.

Excellent location
We had a mixed bag when it came to staff . Some were very pleasant but housekeeping seemed a bit tardy
