Costoso para lo que se recibe.

Habitación amplia.

Pocas áreas sociables en el hotel. No hay sillas cómodas en lobby como para conversar con amigos o visitas. Te imponen consumir 35$ al día en las instalaciones del hotel (o los consumes o te los cobran)

La situation géographique

Lit trop petit 130cm!!!! Pour 2 personnes c’est honteux! Toute la semaine nous n’avons pas eu le bon nombre de serviettes de toilette. Wc non séparé… chambre adapté aux personnes ayant un handicap or il y avait une baignoire!!!!! Très déçue du rapport qualité prix

Un hôtel veillisant, peu moderne, et des taxes non incluses en surprise en arrivant.

La literie et l’emplacement

La surprise, on nous a rajouté $30 par nuit par personne pour taxe Hilton. Alors qu’à travers booking nous étions censés avoir tout réglé. C’est inadmissible.

Great location, but the unexpected charges and the poor response to services was disappointing.

Location was very good, close or walkable to sites we wanted to see.

Because we were Hilton Honors member, we were supposed to get free waters. I called for them and no one answered the number so we only got our waters one day. One day we had no washcloths or towels, one day the shower water took 15 minutes to get hot. We were not told of the extra "required" $150 in charges we were told were for laundry we didn't need, and for extra food which we didn't want.

excellent location.

The hotel's disorganization at check-in made us wait in line for 2 hours and, after that, the room wasn't ready yet. Few service staff. Twice they tried to get into my room due to some fault in the hotel management. They disabled my room cards without explanation, causing me to face another long queue. There's no free Wi-Fi, they charge 15 dollars for 7 days of Internet.

Accessible and well located. The service desk was excellent and mainly Mr. Sylla. He was absolutely great for check-in.

Great location, comfortable room, horrible check in wait times.

The room was large and beds were comfortable. The location was great and close to some good dining options. I loved the views from our room, we had a corner unit, and Central Park was a few blocks away.

Check in was horrible. We arrived at 7PM and there were only 2 employees working. As Hilton Honors members we chose the appropriate line, but still had to wait about a hour for check in. I understand this is a massive hotel, but they should be staffed appropriately. Also, a few elevators were down or would not move after entry, so we had to walk down a few levels and try to catch a different elevator

Comfortable, calme et fonctionnel. Idéal pour le travail et la détente.

L‘hôtel hébergeait le salon auquel je participais. Avoir une chambre aussi comfortable, une vue aussi incroyable et du personnel aux petits soins à quelques étages de mon lieu de travail pour la semaine était un bonus indéniable. Je ne regrette pas avoir changé d’hôtel à la dernière minute.

Excellent location, super central

The hotel is in a very central area of Manhattan, it has many facilities and the room was comfortable. It was worth the expense and the price-quality ratio.

Not all the staff is so friendly, at the reception when you check in the employees treat you in a bad way.

Common areas very nice. Bartenders very nice.

The room was not clean. Refrigerator was dirty. There was hair in the shower drain. I did not shower as I was unsure if the shower had been cleaned.

Basic things not in an usd 828 per night room (bottle of water, slippers, some stuff for women in bathroom) Light of room entrance not working Service at Herb not polite, we had been granted an amenity for our wedding anniversary (check in lady mentioned champagne etc). It could not be delivered because of privacy sign on our door. Next morning we had to pick it up at Herb. Not really known over there and we almost had to beg to get the stuff (basic red wine, fruit cup, small bottle of water) Restaurant in the morning was good

Never again

We didn’t have breakfast - although it was really expansive for the not really nice standard. The city view was completely disappointing !
