Great location
Beds were very very small.
Included breakfast was only for 2 people, not the 4 that were staying.
You had to wait for 45 minutes in a queue to get your breakfast.

The location is great. Close enough to Times Square without being right on top of it and also really close to Central Park.
The rooms are dated and small. Housekeeping wasn’t great. We had hairs in the shower, stains on the bedding and very inconsistent with what they did and didn’t leave us on a daily basis. Charge of $6 per bag to store your luggage when you check out (have never had to pay this before). Staff advised they would flag us a yellow taxi as we were leaving and put us in one of their own taxi’s and told us it was the ‘same price’ $140 to Newark I don’t think it the same price as a yellow taxi!
Overall disappointing and won’t be returning.

"Excellent Location, walking distance to Subway Station, CVS, Target, Uniqlo and to many good restaurants.
Rooms were small but very clean, clean sheets everyday, clean towels everyday.
We do not eat..."
