Breakfast was excellent, the coffee AA my husbands favorite and my kids loved the chocolate pastries.. the hotel was clean and staff friendly and helpful. I liked that there was a separate elevator for the higher floors so we didn’t have to wait in long queues or stop at every floor.
When we arrived at 3pm to check in our room was not ready. We were escorted to the lounge for complimentary snacks and drinks but we waited over 75 minutes and were never notified that our room was ready.
