The price and location. How easy it is to go to places.
There were a lot of homeless outside inside the property and two of DoorDash were stolen when left right outside our room. Also they only gave us one towel and I said two people.

It was near the Hollywood walk of fame.
Holes in the bedsheets, spiders in the showers. Considering it was a room for a night, if that’s all you are looking for then it was fine
