Everything. From the moment you arrive there is a wow factor. My family and I had the best time.

Love the room we did had to ask for. We had booked King balcony atrium. We were first put behind the sails of the sailboat. Could see nothing but sails and dining room below. Went to change the room and were told we didn’t book main atrium. I had been there before and atrium and main atrium balcony was not an issue and I always before booked. Made me feel like a fool and then was informed you will have an up charge since it was viewed as my fault was unnecessary. I paid the upchage, received another room and did end up with a much more enjoyable experience.
Maybe a bit more explanation in viewing when area when you book a balcony room.

Way to many fees
Bad uncomfortable , rude host at the oak restaurant
Every time called for the valet , never had it it ready
It will take way to long
Pool clarity not all that good
A lot of empty clear cups in the bottom of the pools
Air conditioner was either way to cold or way to hot
Nothing in the middle
