The room, the reception staff, the housekeeping staff, the location.
Breakfast. Having the experience of Sofitel London, and other Sofitel locations, we were expecting a buffet breakfast. Instead we got a table service a la carte. The full breakfast for 50 USD consists of a mediocre coffee, a non-fresh orange juice, and an omelette with maximum two items, (or equivalent), and four small jars of jam. All the rest is extra. I mean all. Bread for the jam extra, third item in the omelette extra, bacon extra. If I had to give a title to this stay it would read: Nice hotel, stingy breakfast. Definitely, not worth getting the breakfast option. The room without is a much better deal. Otherwise a fine hotel.

The location is great, the food is good. The beds are comfortable.
The toilet clogged every single day, the room service is random. One day I was charged $48 for a yoghurt and soggy granola that was clearly taken out of the fridge (it was cold and soggy), next day they charged me $61 for the same thing. The facilities are limited, there is a lobby that is dark and quite impersonal. The restaurant staff is adding charges - if you add half an avocado at breakfast, they charge you.
