OK, but didn't blow our socks off for the money outlaid

clean and staff helpful

we booked a 'deluxe' twin room with a city view but we didn't get a view, but were offered an upgrade to, apparently, a larger room which was hardly large. it did, sort of, have a view, which turned out OK but I want what I book, otherwise it is just another thing to worry about. anything smaller than we had cannot be called 'deluxe' in my view.

Prima locatie helaas erg warm op de kamer

Locatie is perfect. De kamers zijn ruim en voorzien van alle faciliteiten.

Het is bloedheet in de kamer. Ongeveer 25 graden. Terwijl het buiten 10 graden was. Met de airco was de temperatuur niet lager te krijgen dan 24 graden.

Impecável

Excelente hotel, em boa localização (entre a Madison e a Park, há dois blocos da 5a avenida), quarto muito espaçoso e um excelente banheiro. Janelas bem vedadas, quase não passam barulho e possuem um bom sistema de blecaute. Equipe prestativa, me conseguiram transporte de ótima qualidade para o aeroporto. Ótimo bar, com jazz ao vivo.

Hotel perfetto

Hotel rinnovato di recente, pulito, camera spaziosissima. In stanza acqua, una tavoletta di cioccolato di benvenuto, occorrente per il tè e macchina nespresso con 3 capsule ogni giorno. Nella hall c'è un profumo fantastico. La posizione è ottima, a due passi dalla 5th, in pieno centro. Personale disponibilissimo. La colazione è a buffet al ristorante Serafina, comunicante con l'hotel

Unico tasto dolente un rumore come di un motore, probabilmente del sistema di riscaldamento. Ma ne realizzavo la presenza solo se mi svegliavo la notte. Ad essere proprio pignoli rilevo la mancanza di un supporto per appoggiare la valigia. Io ero sola, quindi lasciarla su pavimento non era un problema, ma in due diventa un po' più scomodo.

Quick August weekend getaway

The hotel location in Midtown was great for our quick weekend getaway! We used the hotel's valet parking service for worry-free parking. And the check-in was easy, with no complications. Our room had all the essentials and was very clean and quiet. And the breakfast buffet was amazing, with dishes to please all palates!

We stayed just one night, and all was well, so there were no challenges to report.

Good place to stay in the center of New York

Location was nice. The closest stations are on 34th or 42nd streets (around 7 min). The rooms were clean, with minimal necessary amenities. The elevators were fast.

The rooms don't have view maybe only from the highest floors. The AC is very cold in the whole hotel (NY tradition). The price is very high comparing to level of rooms and provided service, We did not have a breakfast due to a high price, but we found very nice options around.

One of the most comfortable stay I have had in Nyc

Nespresso machine in room with plenty of capsule available on request. Clean and modern layout of the room, nice bathroom.

Great location. Good value. Small but comfortable rooms.

Great location. Steps away from Grand Central Station. Rooms are small but comfortable. The manager on duty, Andrew, was very helpful and friendly when we had an issue with the room category.

The lobby is absolutely freezing and having a drink in the lobby bar was uncomfortable cold. The air conditioning was finicky and one night it shut off in the middle of the night for no reason.

Great hotel with large and well designed rooms

Very complicated and lengthy processes. Room was not ready, so I left my luggage in the storage. Took about 10 minutes go collect it later. Also annoying that I had to pay for breakfast separately, despite the deposit

Excellent location and breakfast

The location was excellent. I would also like to highlight the breakfast and staff working there. The rooms are small, but has everything you need and the bathroom has good size. It’s really quiet and you don’t get disturbed with noise from the outside. A new complimentary water every day was nice and appreciated. The gym was good - has the things you need for a good workout.

The first impression is important, and the lady working in the reception was efficient but not so friendly, you didn’t feel so welcome. We booked the room months in advance and got a room on the 3rd floor (I guess that was bottom floor), and you couldn’t see anything except some big ventilation machines. We were traveling with another family and they booked 2w before and got a room on the 10th floor
