Rooms facing the side streets have no view, felt older, especially their bathrooms a bit used and dirty. We changed rooms to high level with balcony facing Park Ave with an amazing view, which was more polished and had clean bathrooms completely different.

Location is great, the room was nicely appointed although small at the price point. The rooftop restaurant and bar is very nice
Room was quite small even though I upgraded. But it was comfortable.

Clean rooms with quality linens.
Free minibar and fast wifi.
Central location.
Great cocktail bar in the basement, but reservations are needed.
I wish there was a front desk staff to explain the hotel and room's set up.
Additionally, the check-in times were not clear.

Good location, service in the lobby was good
Bathroom smelled like urine when I arrived, room was very dark which with the dark tinted windows was a depressing environment, bathroom finishes were old and there was no shower gel or soap in the shower
