Good value for last minute reservation on a holiday weekend. Conveniently located in Fountain Hills. Nice size room, modem.

I left accidentally left my toiletry bag in the bathroom after we checked out. Called later that evening, I was told they dispose of any toiletry items (including a whole bag) when found in rooms!?! To not hold items for 24 hours is absurd. It would be great customer service. I was really shocked.

The staff was so great! So friendly kind and helpful. They pretty much offset any negatives of the facility Very comfortable bed,pillows and sheets. Good shower. Nice little lobby. Great that room had fridge and microwave!

Kind of an old basic hotel. No draws or place to put your clothes other than 3 hooks on the wall. Noisy ac unit.
