Ok stay for one night

Breakfast was great, beds were comfortable.

Had to change rooms due to dirty sheets. Pool was under construction, no mention on the website. Strong smell of Marijuana in the room, and hallway

I like the location. The bed was very clean and comfortable.

They were laying carpet during our stay and there was a lot of dust and the smell of glue. The breakfast was ok except the eggs that seemed like powdered eggs, not good. The toilet was too short and did not flush well. The room was not as clean as it should have been.

There wasn't bedding for the pull-out bed-sofa in the room. The reception clerk did not have any available.

room was a good size. bed was comfy.

the bathroom. no ventilation. cheap shower curtain. water pressure so high it blows the curtain creating water spraying everywhere, the whole bathroom gets soaked. nothing drys. also requested early check in and was forced to check in at regular time because the employee did not want to ask to see if there was a room available earlier. had just completed the muddy dash and could not shower from 11-3.

I will never return to this hotel. It needs to be torn down & turned into a parking lot.

Nothing. This place is hotel is near a sketchy part of town. They are one step away from charging rooms by the hour.

It is dirty, in a sketchy part of town and the rooms smell like cigarette smoke.

The receptionist was very nice and friendly. The room was clean. I will definitely go back whenever I'm at CT.

I recommend Best Western plus to everyone for work and Vacation’s. Our company has stayed at a Best

Breakfast when I booked the rooms the first reason was hot and cold breakfast included. Got to hotel.bagged breakfast.NOT GOOD Advertisement…..

Making reservations your app said . 99.oo a room. I paid for 3 rms. , 3 adults , 4 nights. My bill should of been around 1500.oo.. But it was 3000.oo I’m now going through Michelle about this . Also my company is not to happy

Superb

No warm breakfast Police out front when we arrived

Clean, comfy beds. Management took care of an error with our overlooking. Great customer service. Nice eating area

Not worth the money.

Nothing at all. Thinking that it was the most expensive on the area obviously would be the best- nope. It was a total DISAPPOINTMENT. The smell on the room was awful, the bathroom was a disaster with a broken door that doesn’t even close, the stuff was ok at the welcoming but in the morning 3 different housekeeping knocking on the door and asking you to leave because the time was almost 11 am.

I DID NOT ANYTHING- and will never step a foot on this place

Great place to stop along the route on vacation.

Clean rooms with updated equipment and comfortable beds. The front desk people were attentive and friendly. There was a nice restaurant next door. It was an easy access off of the expressway and had several conveniences close by. Also, the hotel was very quiet.

The tubs didn't have adequate safety features (bars and matted surface) to prevent falling. The toilets were too low for elderly people. No fans in the bathrooms.
