The room was great and the bed was so comfortable the spa bath was great for relaxing after be out and about all day.
I wish there was tea instead of coffee that's just because I prefer tea tho. Also needs better lighting.
9 / 10Outstanding·Oct 2026
The suite was great. Lots of room, quite, very enjoyable bathroom huge very comfortable shuttle to casino
My only vomplaint was pool was not heated as well as jacuzzi I had my grandkids too cold for them big problem for us
8 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026
Location, staff, accommodation was ok but getting tired
The lift not working had to carry the suitcases down 3 flights of stairs
6 / 10Average·Oct 2026
The room was comfortable, each room has bathroom, big closet and tv. Kitchen has enough stuff.
There was a fire alarm started at the middle of the night and we couldn't sleep for over 2 hours, so we had to evacuate. People in the hotel said it was the second time in a row. They didn't give us a refund for that night and it was very disturbing for me and my 2 kids.
