Great location, very friendly and helpful staff. The room had all the necessary amenities and it was very comfortable. Breakfast was good and the restaurant was very nice and neat.
The shuttle that takes you to the parks has specific hours that are either after park opening and/or earlier than park closing. So if you plan to be early at the parks or want to stay for closing it's better to take an uber or your own vehicle. Also booking.com says there's free airport shuttle and there isn't, you have to schedule and pay a private pick up.

Location was great and rooms accommodate very comfortably families. The hotel restaurant and pool areas were excellent and a very pleasant atmosphere for families to enjoy.

Location.
Rooms had pornographic options on the T.V., not something good if you have children. Really put me off seeing this in 2026.
Front staff originally told me I would have to find another hotel. Older Latin female staff on night of Oct. 24 at front desk was rude and not hospitable in helping but instead blamed me and booking.com
Another employee had to step in to help.
Room was half cleaned when I walked in. Rooms were small and long walk from parking to get to, be weary with coolers or too much luggage. Grab a luggage cart.
Overall stay was sub par and only worth your time if you need a place close to Disney.
