The staff were lovely, very helpful and happy to help. We asked to change rooms as the first one we had assigned to us was quite run down and the living room chairs were old and dirty. They staff were very kind and quick to assign us a new room.
We stayed here four years ago and really liked our room. However, we felt that the rooms were dark and run down compared to the photos and our previous stay. The pictures on booking.com were bright with white and blue furniture. However, both our rooms (as we asked to change from our first room) were dark brown and not quite what we were expecting. There were also pipe noises both nights around 4am which woke us up and the drains in the showers had a bad smell.

Smaller resort. Pool open til midnight. Washer and dryer in room.
Dead Cockroaches in room. Dishwasher did not work. No wash clothes in rooms. Going into trash bin in front of building. Water pressure was low and hot water in shower awful.
