Our rental was clean. The grounds were clean. The neighborhood was not loud. The employees we encountered were all nice. I liked how each place had a numbered parking spot near the entrance to your rental. I liked how all three TV's were the same and used the same type of remote. Our bed was comfortable. The heat pump worked good.
The dishwasher pods would not dissolve. The dishwasher was very loud. There were no kitchen wash clothes or kitchen towels. There were three plates. Two plates were the same size and fit in the dishwasher. The third plate was the same style but a little larger. It would not fit in the dishwasher. There were enough pots for what we needed but not a full set. No hand soap for the bathrooms. Just used shower soap from the tub. We were too busy seeing the sites around the area and did not have time to complain about any of the problems.

The grounds and staff are amazing. The room fit 6 people comfortably, but is very outdated and worn down. We had a very bad odor (sweet rotting smell) when you came in and maintenance came and put air freshners to mask the smell. It didn't!
I wish they would have offered to move us to a different room due to the smell. They dismissed it and just put air freshners. It didn't help.
