Location. Close to the Westgate Mall and various restaurants and shops.
The constant coming and going of a wide variety of unhoused and drug addicted people. They were seen coming and going from the property to the Walmart located directly behind our hotel at various times.

The availability and closeness to my destination, was quiet to sleep.
Cleanliness of room, people always walking by, many of the room doors need painting in hallway, breakfast was lack luster,
