The service at the bar, the swimming pool.
We booked a room through Booking.com for a family of four, with breakfast included. However, upon arrival, we were informed that complimentary breakfast was provided for only two people. Despite showing the receptionist our booking confirmation, she refused to resolve the issue.
When we asked to speak to the manager, we were told that the manager was unavailable. We then asked how much breakfast would cost for the other two guests, but the receptionist told us to ask at the restaurant. It seemed unlikely that she did not know the price.
At checkout, I asked for an itemized bill, but once again, she told me to request the details from the restaurant. Fortunately, the manager was available this time and was able to print a detailed invoice for us.
Our check-in experience with another young receptionist the previous day was equally disappointing. The interaction consisted of little more than, "Here is your key, goodbye." We had to ask about everything ourselves, including the locations of the restaurant, elevator, and swimming pool - information that is normally provided as part of the check-in process at any hotel.

My wife and I had an amazing stay at the Palm Beach Gardens Marriott. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and taken care of. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The rooms were nice, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the location was perfect.
The customer service really stood out to us. Everyone was friendly and professional and made sure we had everything we needed. We truly enjoyed our stay and felt like we received great value for our money.
We will definitely be staying here again whenever we're in the Palm Beach area. I highly recommend this Marriott to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing place to stay!
