Right across the water and great place to watch the sunset. The staff were wonderful. They found us tea, a kettle, spoons & bowls for our morning breakfast of oatmeal.

Our room was right above the kitchen. It was quite warm until we figured out a plan for the fans

Nice ocean view

Building is old and room is very small. Food is actually very good but we waited an hour for it to arrive!

There was NO breakfast!

No electrical outlet in bathroom. Only small chairs at little table. No comfortable chairs. Repaired luggage holder was much too high to use comfortably. Fire escape/patio needed sweeping/cleaning.
