The staff proactively resolved issue with assigned room prior to our arrival. Washer and dryer were very welcome, after several weeks of travel.

Pool was unexpectedly closed but the stay was still great.

Very nice, clean and spacious close to restaurants and supermarkets. We enjoyed the balcony, kitchen and the fact that the restaurant was to walking distance.

The pool wasn't working, I received a message saying that it was going to be opened July 30th, when I asked at the lobby they told me that they had no clue of when it's going to be open. The pool was a huge factor to make the reservation.

The property was great and our apartment had a lake view. Could not rate the full property as the pool was closed for construction and no other amenities were used. With regards to the apartment it was very clean, well kept and beautifully decorated. All instructions provided were easy to follow and had a pleasant stay. Would highly recommend especially for families.
