Un bon hôtel pour un court séjour à Atlanta

Hôtel idéalement situé à côté de l’aéroport des locations de voiture et proche Atlanta Il est calme pour une telle proximité . La piscine est très agréable.

Le petit déjeuner est sommaire. Il est prudent de prévoir son repas pour le soir

Disappointed

The breakfast was fresh and hot. Only thing my grandaughter left her phone on the counter during breakfast and someone took it. Reported but never got back.

The pool and jacuzzi was green and looked like a pond and smelled bad. I called in advance and made sure the pool was open and operational and they said yes. The mattress was broke down and I could feel the springs.

The staff was friendly and helpful, including the airport shuttle drivers.

Overall the room was clean but the carpet didn’t seem like it had been vacuumed from the previous guest.

We enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be back.

The room was super clean and spacious. The location was great and staff at the desk was really friendly. Safe parking for our vehicle and very nice ambiance.

Good for an early flight - if the shuttle is available.

Didn’t stay for breakfast.

The shuttle was supposed to start at 4:30 am, but the driver was a no show and was apparently missing for a couple of days. The front desk attendant was helpful and called another hotel to get us a shuttle to the airport very quickly.

The hotel is decent and in good location close to Hartsfield Jackson airportairport

The room was clean and bed comfortable. The breakfast was good. I met a wonderful person by the name Betty Stinson. She’s pleasant to talk to, friendly and helpful…an asset to your establishment. The free shuttle was very convenient. We’ll stay here again in the future.

The male person at the reception when we checked in that evening was not pleasant/friendly at all. I had expected to see someone at the front desk welcoming you with a smile after a tiresome journey from the airport. I do believe to man your hotel’s front reception is not the job for him. He did not even greet us upon our arrival. He needs training in how to handle customers. For me this is poor customer service.

Close to airport Shuttle driver was nice

For the price the rooms were a little small and dated. TV had speaker busted but lot of channels. I'm not a big city person so staying at a hotel in Atlanta is not my choice. I had a layover so no choice. $160 was ridiculous

Comfortable stay near airport

We stayed here after our flight was cancelled. We chose it because of shuttle to the airport which we utilized. we took the first one at 4:30 am. Staff was helpful.

I chose it as a one night hôtel between two flights

it was not close at all from the airport. I first found out that the shuttle was from the domestic airport which is 25 minutes away from the international one. it meant about 45 minutes to reach the hotel which was not the plan after a long haul flight
