Location
Room was not what I booked. Dirty pillow case .
I prefer human customer service at check in.

staff offered to store baggage until room was ready (not until after four pm).
The place to store baggage was either up fifteen stairs or down fifteen stairs!!
Room was ok but there was no air con (standard perhaps). However, the window was raised about ten inches and i could not get it to go down. Spent two nights freezing.
Staff didnt show any real interest on check in - just pointed to check in computers.

The location is excellent, right in the heart of Seattle and very convenient for exploring the city. The check-in process was seamless overall. There is no traditional front desk, and check-in is completed through an online self-service kiosk, which can occasionally be a little frustrating. A staff member is available to assist when required, although they often seem to be handling several responsibilities at the same time. Despite this, our check-in experience was smooth and the central location is definitely one of the hotel’s biggest advantages.
The biggest drawback is the hotel entrance and accessibility, particularly if you are travelling with luggage. The entrance is located on the side of the building, where there is extremely limited space to stop and unload, and cars are only permitted to remain for around 3–5 minutes.
More frustratingly, after entering the hotel, you have to navigate steps going up and down before reaching the elevators. With several heavy pieces of luggage, this was extremely inconvenient and surprisingly poorly designed for a hotel. There was no assistance available, and the luggage carts provided were in poor condition and barely functional, making the situation even more difficult.
The rooms are also very small, particularly considering the price being charged. While the central location is excellent, we found the hotel significantly overpriced for the room size, facilities and overall experience.
Considering the other accommodation options available in downtown Seattle, we did not feel this hotel offered good value for money and would probably choose another property on our next visit.
