Downstairs is a restaurant which is very convenient for us to have dinner there.

The lockbox to find the key is a little tricky. We are very lucky that the waitress at the restaurant helped us to open it. Very much appreciated.

8 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026

The location on the main street in Sutton was great. Big parking lot and lots of restaurants and shops to visit. The room was nice with two king beds. Breakfast at the restaurant was delicious and we ate one very good dinner there. It looks like the place attracts a lot of locals, which is great.

Checking in was fine, but without a reception desk we never saw the 'hotel' staff. It felt like somewhere between a hotel and an airbnb for that reason. But access was clear and the restaurant staff were terrific. We couldn't get the TV to work, but not a big deal.

A beautiful property in walking distance of all amenities. Breakfast was incredible, as was lunch. I cannot say enough about the staff, after several delays coming from the UK, the staff were very helpful and reassuring enabling a very late out of hours check-in (2am) with detailed information on how to access the lockbox and room. Outstanding service!

Location, great shower

We had a loft room and anyone who has trouble with stairs should not choose this type of room - we’re seniors and can mage stairs but may would find it difficult- especially as the bathroom is downstairs!!
