Beautiful hotel. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
None of the food and drink venues were open until 4:00. We were starving, but a sweet young lady in the bar managed to find us some sandwiches. The handicap room really wasn't. It had a tub that a handicap person couldn't get into. I barely had room for my wheelchair. The bed was so high I almost couldn't get into it.

Food absolutely delicious. Nomatter what i had for breakfast it was outstanding, with coffee being the exception. Never hot enough.just warm.
I waited for one hr 10 mins for the shuttle at 830 pm to 940pm outside at the airport alone . Finally hired a taxi which was 21+ 9 tip to get to hotel which was 10min away . Tried to call- no answer . I had been advised I didnt have to do , was told shuttle runs every 30 mins. Explanation phones not working ' but shuttle should have run on schedule? I was given 2 complimentary breakfasts , which was nice but the inconvenience was much more than that , being a first time visitor and travelling alone .

The room was very nice and clean. The location to the airport was perfect. Room service was outstanding.
I was charged $20 to park in the garage behind the hotel. They should have validated parking.

The room was very clean
Didn’t like The air temp was set and could not be adjusted. You had to pay to park either 20.00 to drive around the back of the building and park in the garage then go to the elevator and go to the hotel. Or pay 30.00 for valet only options. Also I prepaid but when I got there they charged N additional 125.00 to hold for damages if any were to happen.
