The staff were friendly and welcoming even late at night when having to deal with a large influx of people who had to stay unexpectedly due to missed flights and cancellations at Denver International Airport
Some things seemed old, worn out, and run down including the elevator, carpet in hallways, furnishings in the room, etc.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Beds were comfortable and hotel was very clean.
Getting to the property itโs self was a nightmare, we waited over 2 hours for the hotel shuttles and each time shuttle filled up and we were pushed aside by people who had just walked up from out of nowhere. There has got to be a better system for those waiting and the handicapped.
We ended up hiring a Lyft driver to get to the hotel. It was just not right!! We watched HILTON shuttle drivers give there waiting customers a ticket so they could be picked up on the next run. Your company just needs a better system for your โfreeโ shuttle service as we were pushed aside from 3 shuttle runs!!๐๐๐
