Easy access to airport, comfortable bed, clean and quiet.

Good value for a budget hotel. Good location, good staff, free shuttle, comfortable bed, quiet, and clean.

Could have used a fridge and microwave in the room, but not a major concern.

this hotel needs to be shut down

Was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Lights above the bed were not working properly, trim on some furniture was missing, holes in the walls. The breakfast was the most basic I have ever seen. The elevator made a terrible noise when I reached the 3rd floor. This hotel needs to be shut down for a total renovation. I cannot believe Wyndam would allow this to stay open.

Hotel was a little less more run down inside expected for the price range but clean and adequate.

No hot water in either room booked for our group. When I complained at the front desk the girl told me to call the manager to see about getting a refund, as she agreed, that was unacceptable. When I called the manager as instructed later in the day after we got home she claimed it was a problem in the entire building and out of there control. However, when speaking with another customer in the lobby he informed us he had a not shower at 8pm,- my husband had tried taking one shortly after that, so I am not certain it was a all hotel problem. I also mentioned that the curtains in my room allowed light from the outside lights To filter through and I could not sleep due to the light. This was not the curtains not being able to close… they were a fabric that had blocks of heavier and then less heavier fabric and the light filtered through. Certainly not blackout curtains. The manager informed me they were standard hotel industry curtains and tough luck basically… she said they were the same in all the rooms. (The two panels were not even the same length). I did not look, but I described them to the person in my group on the other room and she said they did not sound like the same curtains. We had just flown in from a very tiring building trip in Belize, and not being able to shower comfortably or sleep well made this less than an acceptable experience. The blunt tough luck unapologetic response from the general manager sounded like a standard response from a play book. By now means was I expecting the Ritz, but this was a little much.

Avoid at all cost.

Zero. Hotel needs renovations, smells old and damp, needs to be thoroughly cleaned or better yet bulldozed.

Hairdryer and sheets were filthy. Receptionist was rude, unhelpful and combative. Could not even muster the effort to check me in properly without an attitude. Quotes company policy as reason for copying licence without prior notice. Could not tell me record retention policy. Overall a disgrace and disappointment.

Convenient to DIA for a great price.

very close to the airport. we arrived just after midnight to a friendly person at reception. in our room in minutes. Very quiet for a good night sleep after a very long travel day Good coffee in the morning.

They gave away our room and we didn’t stay.

our flight was delayed and we didn’t arrive in Denver until after midnight. We waited outside in below zero temperatures for half an hour for the shuttle and had to practically fight our way on it against travelers who got to the shuttle after us. when we arrived to the hotel they told us they overbooked and gave away our room. They did find us a room at a nearby hotel which was the least they could do. I can’t give a proper review of the hotel due to this but since I keep getting emails to leave a review, here it is.

Staff was okay, until my vehicle was broken into 😢 they would not give me copy of their security so I could report to police of the break-in. Then the police were no help, I had to file report online and they wouldn't come out to check damage. All my camping gear was stolen 😢😢

No help from the Manager or police about the break-in of my vehicle 😢😢

Mixed emotions

The price was great. The location was great as well. They provided a free shuttle to the airport so that the other two people in my party were able to make their flight, and I didn't have to get out to take them. I was able to easily navigate around the hotel and find walmart, Dollar Tree, Goodwill, several gas stations, and a diner (within walking distance of the hotel). The diner had great food and was worth the price you pay.

No mini fridge or microwave in the room, and I found hairs in the bed that didn't belong to my party, and one of the clean towels smelled like wet dog. The pillows were too bulky, which made them hard to sleep on.I also didn't like the fact that the only breakfast option was toast, muffin, and coffee. There was nothing else offered.

no staff when needed for shuttle service to being with. When arrived to the property after 3 am lack of the shuttle service , I found the front deck young lady was very accommodating. The following morning was completely different all staff was not accommodating at all. Very poor breakfast ! I was told all hot food was done by 830 due to Covid the same reason why there was no coffee at 12 noon before check out.

try to call and you get an automated telephone system that isn’t intuitive. No contact from the hotel prior to check in

property is in a good location for the airport

no communication from the property prior to check in. couldn’t get through to the front desk when trying to call. no information from the property about the airport shuttle and what times it would run.
