Very relaxing and a great stay for the family.

Very family oriented. Great for kids. Well maintained and clean. Rooms were awesome and spacious, not small and cramped. Merli our room attendant was great, courteous and patient.

felt it was too expensive

love the pools and the room.

second time here and just like last time I was overcharged the food from bars and the valet charged me double each day, must be a common practice , 1 out of 10 people actually check the bill ,I don’t think I will return in august , maybe I will try the Hilton next door. 4 days room service did not come once.

Epic family vacation, kid friendly!

Location, beach umbrella and chair rentals, late pool hours, bedding was comfortable, loved the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash

Phone in our room was broken, no physical menu to read from for room service

I have frequented this hotel’s spa and beach many times over the years but this is the first time I’ve stayed here. I love the location, the staff was extremely courteous, food was great, spa is excellent, top drawer amenities and I like that it caters to families as well as adults. A very luxurious hotel with a laid back atmosphere.

loved how friendly the staff was and how we had the choice of beach or two pools to spend our day. really liked the cafe and restaurant and beach side delivery of food. just excellent

Great family getaway!

Our kids had a blast on the beach and in the pools! They were on the water slide for hours daily. You could spend your entire vacation right at this resort; no need to leave.

Great spot for families

The lagoon pool is perfect for kids/families. I liked that we could get our own towels and chairs, and were able to eat/drink by the pool. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Some of the facilities seem outdated, and the service at the main restaurant wasn't great. I wish there were more food options for the pool menu.

I had an opportunity to return after 7 days and I chose not to come back particularly because of the unpleasant staff me

overall nice hotel with good rooms and nice pool and beach location

rooms are very good and comfortable. pool and beach location nice. slide in the pool appreciated by the kids.

valet parking is a bit of a hassle and no option to self park. the all thing is a bit expensive as an add on cost at 37.50 a day. on top of that resort fees and room rate so there are a lot of hidden additional costs when coming to this hotel. overall service is too relaxed not very forthcoming with help in terms of luggage or concierge which doesn’t really serve a purpose there. overall feels like for the money paid service level should by higher. food and beverage is a low point of the property. really should be better. and it’s not easy to get deliveries in the area which gives you and opportunity to sell food. but it’s not good.

The facility was incredible the staff was pleasant , But everything was extremely overpriced

Their rooms are incredible extremely comfortable in the beach is beautiful

I didn’t like the unexpected charge for valet or having to pay for the entire resort fee when the lagoon pool and lagoon restaurant were closed. Also the 3800 restaurant did not meet expectations.
