Location was about the best thing. The staff were great.
I didn’t like the fact that it did seem like a newly renovated old building but they could have done better. The AC stopped working,… the bathrooms were too small.

Great location
The staff were not very friendly or helpful to us. We waited in lines for a long time trying to speak to reception and the staff were not super helpful when checking in or leaving . Our bathroom was a bit run down

Good hotel, in a good location. Large room, comfortable bed.
We had booked several months ago and confirmed our arrival time 3 months before our arrival date. When we checked in at the agreed time we were told that our chosen room type (single king) would not be available for another 3 hours. This was completely unacceptable. After waiting in reception for around 15 minutes we were advised that a different room (two queen beds) was available, so we reluctantly accepted the alternative. This was the first night of our holiday after a 21 hour journey and we were extremely disappointed that our holiday had started with our booking not being honoured by the hotel.
