I traveled with my 90 year old mother and had requested a room near the elevator as she has ambulatory issues. They accommodated us with a room near the elevator and had a shower chair in the shower ready for my mother.

The breakfast menu was ok, the pool was at the right temperature. The staff was a tad lazy ( maybe too much young people!)
The room wasn’t cleaned properly… lots of stains on the bed, leftover food in the corners of the room. Bathroom sink was filthy…. Little urine smell in the bathroom.
