wonderful location on the bay, close to the airport with frequent hotel airport shuttle service. Most of all, welcoming and professional staff, comfortable room and bed for a good night’s sleep ahead of travelling!

Great place to stay for early flights. Comfortable rooms and beds. Free shuttle to airport is a great find!

Prices have increased considerably though convenience is still a plus.

Excellent value and quality for an hotel near by the international airport. It was comfortable, clean and with a good restaurant. I will be staying there when I pass through San Francisco. Shuttle service was good, punctual and quick.

The location, the shuttle and the restaurant. The shower was hot.

Our first night one week ago was lovely. It was a more expensive high floor remodeled room with a view of the water and the runway. We received drink tickets and a food discount as well. For our second night in a week, our $220 a night room with the view of the parking lot, was right next to the elevator. (This time no drink tickets or food credit). Although my husband and I are not light sleepers, we heard the load groan of the elevator all night long. The room was badly in need of a remodel, with a stained (not dirty) comforter cover, outdated lamps with crooked shades, not enough light to feel comfortable, no chance of reading. The handle to the shower also fell off.
