Exceeded my expectations for clean and modern decorated room along with the professional staff.

The staff, all encountered, were very professional. I even commented to one of the associates at the front desk that their customer service was exceptional.

The bed could have been more comfortable, however, nothing is as comfortable as your own bed. It was too firm for my liking.

Gorgeous room, comfortable bed. Eat somewhere else and expect to pay for parking.

The facility is beautiful, and at first look I was very excited about staying here.

Was not expecting to pay $25 for parking, and the breakfast provided for $15/person was very minimal - it was what you might expect for a free breakfast elsewhere. Eggs were (yuck), fresh fruit was good. No warm oatmeal, omelets, or anything personalized about the breakfast experience. We jog every morning, and the nearby park .2 miles away was full of homeless making camp there - which caused us to hoof it to Loose Park 1 mile away, very beautiful park. It was advertised as “airport” but the airport is a good 30 minutes away.

Taking your own life in your hands for an unmaintained, overpriced hotel

The room looked like it would have been nice 10 years ago.

Someone emptied a high capacity magazine under the main pull thru. I counted at least 12 to 15 9mm casings afterwards I didn't like the hidden $24 parking fee. All the soap, shampoo, and body wash containers were

I will not be back!

The fitness room was the best part of the whole stay.

As soon as you got off the elevator all you smelled was weed. They are advertising two queen beds…there’s no way those were queen beds, maybe full but not queen. After paying $250 to stay for a night, they charge you $21 to park. After complaining to the desk, she said the GM would be contacting me… have not received a phone call yet.

Disappointing

Good location to walk.

After we checked in and also had to pay for parking. The other couple checking in right behind us with was offered to have the parking taken off their bill. Kinda upset about that. People coming in very late and all hours slamming door kept us awake. Please keep this in mind if booking this hotel. Very noisy when people coming in from local bars. Breakfast was pathetic.

We had an enjoyable time, but mostly would not stay here again.

Location was ideal for our needs. Hotel and room were very clean and orderly.

Did not like having to pay to park in hotel lot. The shower did not work properly. Housekeeping was nonexistent.

We enjoyed the location, The breakfast was great and the staff was helpful and friendly.

It was a very muggy weekend it seemed as if our AC was not functioning properly.

Moderate hotel, a bit overpriced.

Breakfast was good. Nice shower. I worked out at the gym once and it had decent equipment and I was all by myself, I liked that.

I was in room 410 and the floor needs to be replaced. There are planks sticking up and it’s a safety hazard.

Not so nice stay

Location close to family

Described as a double room and double bed but bot as described and price changed per night by about $75. The room had two beds and manager stated they have no double rooms at all. Lastly the bathroom had ants. I took short video but didn't report it because he receptionist didn't interact with me only chatted with the other customers. Last but not least there were customers who had a party half the night that keptme awake and they hotel was aware and they said described it as a hilarious night, so I didn't report that either but I left two nights earlier than I booked.

Rooms were decent and clean but overall amenities are lacking.

The hotel had a modern theme and seemed clean. Check in was easy. It was quiet. There was a workout area.

No shuttle service. On booking,com it said there was shuttle service to Sprint Center (T-Mobile Center) and other areas. There was no shuttle at all and staff said when the shuttle service was running, it does not go to T-Mobile Center. We were in town for Big XII basketball tournament at T- Mobile Center so I specifically picked a hotel that advertised shuttle service there. So basically they lied about shuttle service which really was disappointing. The rooms were decent but beds seemed smaller than Queens. It had a fitness center but both treadmills were broken. There also were no towels or water in the fitness center.

This is the location we wanted.

We got moved to a room with 2 single beds after booking a king room. Also the room didn't have a comfortable chair to sit in, only one hard chair.

Disappointing

It’s in walking. distance to restaurants and bars in Westport

Waited almost a hour for our room even though we were there 6 hours after check-in. ZERO hot water for showers! No one in our group could shower.

the location of this hotel was perfect for us & the room itself was nice.

the staff were so unfriendly & the check-in process was an absolute disaster. we were under the assumption we could check in @ 3p based on the website so we arrived - from out of town - to check in then. they told us there were no rooms available yet & offered us a free drink voucher @ the hotel bar. it was 4 hours before we were given a key to a room. absolutely ridiculous & unfriendly service!

Shower didn't work, picture literally fell off wall. Curtains ripped...Bedspread filthy...breakfast downstairs was a joke,terrible. Out of coffee had to go up a flight and get from front lobby. Sorry , would not recommend...Marriott worst one ever. RJ and John were the only bright spots.

The location is nice. Clean modern style rooms. Friendly staff.

Having to pay for parking. $15 pathetic breakfast — Quality Inn style breakfast.
