The location was a bit outside of the main area, but we kind of liked that. It was easily reached by the hotel shuttle or a walking/biking path. It sat right on the creek, which was beautiful. The room was nice - comfortable bed and really nice bathroom/shower. The pool was nice, though it was pretty full during our stay. We also received massages while we were there, and it was one of the best I've ever had. Highly recommend the spa for some pampering.
Really only a few minor things. The hot tub seemed a little old. The water in our room took several minutes before it was hot. We had one staff member who was...unpleasant. I'm just going to assume she was having a bad day. Otherwise, our stay was really lovely.

The structure is great
Employees are not qualified for a good structure. Front desk lazy and unprepared, waiters and bar tenders slow and nearly rude. Only exception is the concierge, she’s very good

The location of the hotel is excellent, and the property itself is very beautiful and spacious. The restaurant food was tasty, and we really enjoyed that the hotel is large enough to walk around, relax, and even play table football inside.
The only issue was the air conditioning in the room. It didn’t maintain a comfortable temperature and was either blowing very cold or very hot air directly onto the bed, which made sleeping uncomfortable.

Thé hotel just wasn’t what we had in mind and one they charged us for a room upgrade that we requested plus resort fees and expensive parking, thé cost was twice what we thought it would be. Not really their fault.. just not for us. We stayed one night and changed hotels.
The size and location of the hotel plus the costs… a whiskey at the bar at maybe 35 dollars!
