Staff were really friendly. Room size was decent and the beds/pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was decent considering it wasn't part of the package but front desk manager added it our reservation as a bonus/extra which was really nice of him.
Location was awful! It's not in close proximity to anything and you'll always need to order an Uber/Lyft to move around. The hotel needs major renovation as it's very outdated.

The only complaint was the bathroom tubs have no handles low for ederly people to hold on to get up out of tub!
The handle is up high!

Did not eat breakfast, location was great
The bed felt like it had broken springs on one side.
Could not make the room any cooler nor could you read the temperature.
The cold-water faucet at the bathroom sink was so tight you could barely turn it..
Had to leave quickly, so didnt get a chance to the staff.
