I loved how clean, comfortable, and well-maintained the hotel was. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I was able to check in early, which helped me tremendously after traveling, and the check-in and check-out processes were both quick and hassle-free. Housekeeping did an outstanding job every time I returned to my room, it smelled fresh, the bed was perfectly made, the towels were neatly arranged, and everything was spotless. The location was also convenient and close to restaurants, shopping, and the waterfront.
Honestly, I have no complaints. My stay exceeded my expectations, and everything from the customer service to the cleanliness of the hotel was excellent.

Outside corridors
Some random people hanging out behind the hotel – they were probably staying there, but they were sort of sketchy

has hair dryer, coffee maker, ironing board, comfortable bed, great pool, nice breakfast and friendly staff
A/c was a little loud but I still sleep fantastic

The pool was warm and very clean
One of the desk ladies tried to complain about a service dog and tried to tell us service animals were not allowed and she obviously is not knowledgeable on the laws of service animals and veterans. She was very rude
