We didn't stay. We got a refund, thank God.

The location was good.

There was a homeless guy sleeping on the border of the parking lot. The room was disgusting and no one was there to clean it. There was green mold on the shower wall, blood in the toilet and snot on the wall. The floor hadn't seen a vacuum in a long time. The outside door didn't lock. The hallway was almost as gross as the room.

Save your money don’t stay here!

Nothing.

It was absolutely disgusting! Had to change rooms due to dead roaches on the wall and the room was filthy, it wasn’t clean at all. There was black hair in the tub cigarette ashes all over the ac/heater register. The 2nd room wasn’t much better that we moved to but at least there were not roaches that we seen. The whole 1st room had broken furniture in it. We tried to get another room somewhere else but everything was already booked. We did not sleep we heard people yelling about bed bugs on their way out. If we hadn’t been drinking at the concert we would have just drove home.

there was no “room breakfast” & it was dirty in the room used sheets cigarettes burn holes inside the cover the shower was disgusting & it was roaches in there facility & someone came inside my room while i wasn’t there & it was just very uncomfortable & unacceptable.

ABSOLUTELY DISCUSTING

Very limited selection of Waffles and Yogurt. Cockroaches climbing around food table. Bed was itchy (probably bedbugs). There was mold everywhere. Room smelled musty and hard to breathe. Walkways, Lobby and parking lot had trash everywhere. Toilet was broken. Window and Door didn't lock properly. AC didn't cool room. Everything was just dirty, itchy and smelled. Trash under beds. Dust everywhere.

it was disgusting and extremely dirty the Balconies are falling apart and unsafe from appearance the carpets are all stained

Regret! Don't waste your time.

The TVs are new, and they didn't visibly have bugs (couldn't find roaches or bed bugs thankfully) or pests in the rooms though....I'd be shocked if there aren't mice and rats.

The first room we were given #145 was a disaster. Holes in the walls, kicked in dresser and cabinet drawers, 50% of light bulbs broken or missing. The WHOLE place smells of weed or cigarette smoke. Someone is obviously living on the 3rd floor. It smells like food at all times. Like they have a full kitchen up their making curry. The Walls are PAPER thin, you can hear everything in the main room or bath room of the suites. They reset your room keys the day before you check out. THEY DO NOT RESPECT the do not disturb sign!! They will enter your room regardless! Even after complaining. They did not vacuum our room before we were given it it was absolutely dirty. For the cost I should get the minimum. The bed sheets were even stained and dirty. They give you two towels and give excuses for not being able to give more. Wyndham sent them room cups there is NO other sight of that "brand" here. Broke AC unit, garbage all around the outside of the property. Nasty trash cans at the non locking side doors. (the card reader didn't work so they propped it open with a stone) Dirt roads throughout the carpeted halls. This place is run down crap. Half destroyed room furniture. Small caliber bullet hole in the window... Disgusting! NOT worth the money. (THIS IS NOT A FAIR level hotel those must be bought and paid reviews.) It is below what I would call fair.

The beds were comfy!

The hotel was dirty. The wall paper in the bathroom was peeling. The bathroom door wouldn't shut. There was wires hanging from where the smoke alarm should be. The balcony wood was rotting and there was caution tape around it. The parking lot was trashed. The back entry doors wouldn't open with your key card, so a rock was used propping it open. Saying the water was luke warm would be giving it credit. It was cheap and we mostly just slept there so we didn't complain. But I wouldn't go again.

This place should be shut down. You should not have this hotel listed on booking.com.

The staff was very nice.

This place was so gross, the bedding was filthy and heavily stained. Very run down, the lampshades were broken, overall the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Tweekers in the hallway, didn't feel safe.

This motel needs to be removed from booking.com

Do not stay here. The mattresses and linen were filthy. There were lamps ripped out of the wall and holes left where the lamp used to be in the wall. Carpet all bunched up and damaged. Rusty and dirty tubs and showers. Cops had to keep coming to the motel. This motel should not be on booking.com

NOTHING!!! The pictures online appear to be a nice, clean, and affordable place to stay. WRONG ANSWER, WRONG PLACE...the place is dark, little lighting (very deam lighting) when asked if we could bring our things through the side door since we were on the end on second floor. The clerk stated that we could try... but she wasn't sure if it was accessible. So we drove to the end where our room would be....entry wasn't able to be gained. While on the left side of the building, we noticed several room balconies have rotting planks hanging, screens were tore and hanging from the window. We went back inside and asked the clerk if we could see the rooms before we brought in our personals, as we were attempting to find our way to our room, there were no signs that led to you to the elevator, hallway was very dim , EVERY room on the left side had a green or blue tag hanging on the door that said "No working Lights" this place just gives you a bad vibe. Low and behold, while standing at the front desk discussing with the clerk our refund... there was this young Caucasian female who was standing to the side crying. I asked her if she was okay, she stated no, I then tried to encourage her that it would get better at whatever she was dealing with....she then stated that she had been brought there by some people and a girl whom she thought she was helping was all part of human sex trafficking, she was able to get away from them when she wouldn't do what they wanted her to do, so she was there at front desk trying to get help from the clerk, who was telling her that she were constantly trying to reach the police which I found was weird if your trying reach the police by calling 911 and the non emergency as she claimed...someone should have answered her call. She was saying that she left a number for them to call her back. But when I called 911, it was mighty funny the operator answered.

Great location not worth price due to poor up keep of property ,poor housekeeping and cleanliness

Location of hotel easy to get on off hwy. Close to Westport which has great entertainment food options

Well weve stayed here several times before but this stay was bad. Hotel has deteriated inside and out. Outside there was 3 or 4 balcony wood planks that were hanging down on ground and broke, there were several outside window screens torn and shredded and haning loose. Parking lot alot trash, i dont know if they rent by week or month to people but there were few not so clean not so "safe looking people cleaning out truck or something enough i parked my car up front and didnt go out without my husband.Dirty carpet,dirty-dusty rooms ,dirty windows you cldnt see out of looked cloudy,dirty filthy couch,couche was gross worn dirty and torn. Black Mold above toilet and theres a leak from ceiling above toilet and mold around tub and tiles. They had to move us to another room bcs the tub didnt drain and faucet wouldnt turn off but when we got to new room it looked like someone just ckd out and bed was unmade, i called front desk we were moved 3rd time. Room was about same shape but bed made towels clean no leak but alot a mold around tub/tiles and alot rrust around faucet. I still cleaned all surfaces with wipes and sprayed antibacterial spray on all surfaces doors switches phone etc. The hotel /rooms too dirty to trust housekeeping. We were really upset this hotel was never run down or dirty but we havent been here since covid hit so maybe someone took over and just doesnt care. This hotel is health hazzard with black mold etc.
