I came after hours so I called the number on the door...The lady that answered is the same person to check me in...I don't know if she was just tired but she had the Nastiest attitude for a front desk worker...Made my stressful day a little worse....but when I got to my room and sat down for a bit I was better....And then, Morning staff was No better... People are so mean and inconsiderate now. The room itself was nice.
The pillows were extremely thin...very uncomfortable...The staff is Unbelievable Horrible and Unfriendly.

Nice and quiet
They need to put toiletries such as shampoo conditioner body wash in the rooms. Our heat/ac was extremely loud and the tv just quit working.

Beds are soft. Room was clean
It seemed like there were a lot of people outside the hotel that were not staying there. There's no coffee maker and the phone was broken inside the room
