I liked everything! We had a very relaxing trip knowing we could park at our motel & walk to the harbor & all the shops & restaurants. Parking downtown is expensive & crowded! The motel staff was very friendly & helpful with directions & suggestions. I cant wait to visit again!

Very clean rooms and attentive staff. Close enough to the village to walk but far enough away to not have the noise.
No coffee maker or microwave in the room.

The property was an easy walk to the downtown Bar Harbor area and the Bar Island pathway was only two and a half blocks away. The reception desk staff were all super nice. They also had great coffee available in the lobby, recycling for bottles and cans as well as a large shaded lawn area with a picnic table and chairs to eat and relax outside.
This is an older motel and not as nice as others we have stayed in for the same price. The first night, the people in the room above us on the second floor made a lot of noise at 1:30am that even woke me up with earplugs in!

Location was good. everything in walking distance. Beds were comfortable and the room was ok clean. I liked that they had a proper (but small) refrigerator in the room. Staff was really nice and helpfull.
The hotel is pretty worn down and a standard american motel but the price was pretty high compared to other motels.
