Beautiful location, excellent staff, and quiet places to write. Everything I was looking for.
Breakfast buffet was underwhelming. The food was prepared well, but options were limited and nothing really stood out.

Spaciousness, location of our room was spectacular, staff were always friendly, gardens were beautiful, restaurants were very good and access to the ocean was easy.
Hot water in the room was only tepid and there were numerous cockroaches in the room.

Shallow waters are good but all beach equipment needs to be rented to be used. Room amenities are next to none. Bring your own bottles as each guest won't get one. We ended up buying a couple of bottles for our kids from near by market.
Service and amenities are below par in terms of price to value. Parking is a hastle and soon to be valet parking only. Avoid booking while the resort is hosting a wedding or a convention. The service quality appears to be focused on those guests including amenities.
