It was a nice room and breakfast was good.
The flyer that was placed on the dresser in the room was a large flyer and it said in Large letters "Room Service" with the your hotels logo on top. So we ordered room service and gave them the room number and they said it would take about 45 minutes. We waited a hour and a half and we were wondering if they had to go out and catch the chicken first before they cooked it. Well we then got a phone call asking how their delivery service was and I was shocked because we had not received it. They were confused too, so they said they would contact the Front Desk to hold on. When she came back she said it was sitting on the counter at the front desk for a time. When my husband went down to get it the desk clerk said we had ordered from a outside vendor. That totally confused me because we thought according to the flyer on the desk in the room that it was the hotel room service. I feel that was quite a misrepresentation of the flyer and when we checked out I mentioned all of this to the morning desk clerk, and she said she could understand how that had looked. I told her maybe she should bring this up to her management, and she never said another word. Why didn't the desk clerk at night tell us the food was on the counter? The food was great too bad it was not your hotels.

Seemed like some spots were missed cleaning. Same maybe turd on the ground when I walked in and out of the elevator
