Very clean and great location.

Clean room, very close to disney land, check in was super easy, it’s very close to restaurants and stores. Great place!!

There are better lodging options just across the street…

The location is wonderful; staying at a hotel near the theme park is definitely an excellent choice, especially for a multi-day plan.

Where do I begin? Firstly, the customer service is terrible. The man treated us poorly, charged us an additional amount not clearly specified on booking.com, provided us with an inaccurate map to enter the park, and to top it off, they treated us as if they were doing us a charitable favor, as if we had stayed for free. Room service wasn't provided until the second day of our three-day stay, and the entire place had a musty smell. On the day of check-out, an assistant almost escorted us to the room door to "remind" us to leave the property.

Great location

The location, the comfortable beds, the parking facilities.

There was zero Wi-Fi connection. We had to go buy a SIM card and get data just to book Disney tickets. The room was not entirely cleaned upon arrival and did not get cleaned the next day. They also took our towels and did not replace them. The staff member on duty who dealt with the towel issue wasn’t that great - just told us there were no towels left.

Very conveniently located.

The location was great - we were able to walk to Disney and miss out on the entry traffic. They also offer free parking at the premises which was super convenient and saved us from having to book parking at Disney. We truly appreciated this one when we left the park at night and saw the troves upon troves of cars trying to get out of the park. Did not envy them. The beds were very comfortable and the black out curtains were a plus.

The room was a little musty on our arrival and the bathroom had not been cleaned very well. We stayed for two nights and when we returned on the second day, the room had not been cleaned, though our towels had been taken (and not returned). The customer service was a little lacking - upon asking for our towels to be returned we were told there were none left.

The neighbors were so loud, the walls in this place is so thin and the TV didn’t work, also there was no extra toilet paper in the room, had to go to the front desk to ask for more (also no phone in the room to call front desk)

Close enough to Disneyland.

I enjoyed the location and the great deal on the room. The beds were comfortable. My kids had a great time and didn't want to leave. Great for Disneyland vacation 👍

Across the street from Disney, safe, cheaper price, near restaurants, very comfortable beds, great linens, hot tub and pool.

Everything. There is no elevator. I had to take my heavy suitcase to upstairs by using stairs!. The wall of the room is super thin. I can hear the next door’s conversation, shower, and everything. I could not sleep at all. I will NEVER stay in this hotel

Good place to stay on a budget if you're visiting Anaheim

Room was big, great location to Disneyland

I would never recommend this place. We were sorely disappointed and slept fitfully from unease.

It was quiet.

The beds were made up with the blanket placed under the top sheet (never know if hotel blankets are washed enough!), the sink faucet was loose, the toilet barely flushed, and there were cracks in the walls. There was hair on the countertop and on the sheets.

It was brief and over priced for the quality.

Location was good because it was only 3-5 minutes away from Disney theme parks and the floors were nice and the room was spacious.

The beds could have been more comfortable, the bed had hair in it when we got there and the shower head was weak.

Lack of cleanliness. There was hair everywhere from previous guests (on floor, in sheets, on towels, in bathtub) Also the tv channels were pretty bad. fridge was warm, no freezer compartment

I would return for sure!

The bed and pillow were super comfortable. The room was clean and big. Really enjoyed it. I will be returning. Very comfortable and convenient. Staff was super friendly.

The temperature in the shower was opposite. Hot water said Cold and Cold Water said hot. Waited forever for warm water to come out when I selected Hot. Realized if I turned on the "cold water" it was actually the hot one. The TV didn't work at first. My boyfriend had to plug it in properly by climbing on a chair and fixing it.

Good value for family stay at Disneyland

Abby's is an excellent value for the money. I had stayed many years ago and returned. It is close to Disneyland. We walked to and from every day. It is also close to a variety of resturants, though some had closed during Covid.

The wifi never worked in our room which was an outer room in the motel. We all had to use our hotspots.

Management was super friendly.. it was a close walk about 15 Mins from the park.

The pool and spa where closed at the time we went they couldn't figure out why. I reserved 2 queen beds. But when checked in and went to my room to notice we just had a king. I kept it cuz it was just me and my spouse . Overall was a good stay and would come back

What a gem! Starting with the kind staff on the phone to in person. We felt safe, and very clean.

It has nothing to do with the hotel or staff. Location was a close to a main busy street nearby. Lots of traffic and fire truck action. It’s ok tho. We know it’s Disneyland traffic and this is a personal opinion of what I wish was different but let me say: this place was very good to stay in

I truly enjoyed my stay and most definitely staying here next time I visit.

I loved everything about my stay from the moment J got there, the staff is super friendly, easy/quick check in, super clean room, room is very spacious, very safe place, quiet , easy check out , great accommodations, great location, perfect!

Pay more elsewhere, it'll be worth it

The location was not too far from Disney

The rooms were dirty, had bugs(roaches), and run down(old and badly "updated"). Also the neighbors were really loud late at night and early morning.
