Beautiful large room with plenty of space for us and all our luggage.
Due to its location next to busy roads, there is an almost constant noise of traffic which may interfere with sleep for some. Climbing up the steep hills to 6th Avenue from the waterfront is strenuous.

Needs more lunch and coffee breakfast options, for example a full Starbucks. Service in the fig restaurant for break fast was very slow, food took 30 minutes. Perhaps understaffed

cleanliness
no complimentary coffee in the lobby in the morning. When I got up at 6 my husband was still sleeping so I would have woken him up to make it in the room. When I went down stairs the charge was $10 and change for 2 cups and when I got my cc statement the hotel took the liberty to charge my cc $22. not sure why. I was disappointed. The rooms are good but narrow. Beds are comfy and clean. The location is at the top of the hill so walking to the pier is all down hill at first then all up hill to return.

The location was great to the activities we had planned.
The elevator wait times were awful and the air conditioning wasn’t great in rooms. The rooms are also really dated.
