Love the location right on the beach they had a beautiful pools fully stocked bar bartenders were friendly established friendly. Everything was exactly like we had dreamed.
I didn’t like that they charged us per day to park there at the resort that should actually be included in your fee

The hotel location is great, you can take the beach walk to several other hotels and have breakfast or dinner. The Famous Luau is right on property which is nice. Staff was excellent, rooms were nice with comfy beds and blackout doors. Quick Valet service. The beachs amazing, if you walk toward the lava rocks you will see lots of turtles!
All the extra costs. Its an additional $40 for parking or $45 for valet (which the extra $5 for valet is great because they are quick.) We had to pay $75 for beach chairs and umbrella and when we finished early, they made us carry the stuff back which if you are paying $75 you should not have to do and thats on top of the resorts fees.

Great location and amenities. Comfortable bed.
Staff was less than helpful on multiple locations. Our room did not get cleaned until I asked to call housekeeping. I never received a bill for our stay upon checkout either. I asked twice and it was never sent.
