Beautiful property outdoors, friendly staff and hotel parking included.
Room was a little outdated. Property only cleans the room every 4 days which consist of trash removal and new towels. Inquired about a couples massage and never received a call back to make a reservation.

Amazing landscaping, well kept. Well maintained pools!
Room can use an update mainly a new shower head (I did not fit under plus it wasn’t very pleasant showering. Sleeping sofa extremely noisy, can also use an update.

The room was very big and beautiful and close to the garden pool I liked the fitness room even though it was a bit small. More lights is needed in the room. The check in was very late but we also got a late check out so that was very nice .

I liked the kitchen in unit
When we booked property we’re told the premium garden villas were updated but this was not the case with 1st unit. Chipped tile, dirty around baseboards, track holding chain to light falling off ceiling, patio door dirty, difficult to open and close, bottom drawer of nightstand broke so could not use, paint cans under cabinet. Front desk advised, manager came over to see unit. Gwen at front desk was wonderful and very accommodating, got us newer unit.
