Great rooms, very clean. Beds are so comfortable.
I was originally placed in a room near the elevators that was very loud. When I called downstairs to ask for a new room I was originally told that I’d have to come downstairs. But then the woman answering the phone was able to get someone to bring my key-which was wonderful because I wasn’t feeling well.

I liked the glass wine glasses. I don’t like drinking wine from plastic.
The pool was wonderful and the whirlpool was amazing.

the beds were very comfortable.
Broken glass on the floor of our room. we paid for breakfast to be included, however it was only a voucher up to 30 dollars. If I would have known that I would have skipped the breakfast. When I asked if it would be remove the answer was NO. In addition we reserved a king bed and they put us in a single queen. It did get adjusted, so just a pain and not a great user experience. They still haven't applied my breakfast credit, so im sure I will be a the phone for hours to correct that issue.
