The Easy Choice

Friendly staff and really like that there's a complimentary airport shuttle. I usually fly in later in the evening and stay here before catching a shuttle up towards Whidbey Island the following day.

Took the airport shuttle about 30 minutes to pick me up, but I assumed it was because they were waiting until a few other passengers called for pick up. Can't complain since it was free.

Traffic noise was very loud. Airport shuttle not available for my early morning flight, so added expense of a taxi.

The transportation to the hotel from airport. Called hotel and they said they were sending someone to get us. We never saw them and had to pay for a taxi.

Handy, Dandy Hotel

We like the location, price, staff, free shuttle & free breakfast. We have used the stay & park option and it works great for us.

Being so close to the airport means you will hear the air traffic and depending on the location of your room, you'll hear car traffic. The rooms are a bit dated but fine for one night stay.

the Ladies at the reception- except one- shouldn‘t be working with people. super rude! In the description of the hotel it says that the shuttle operates all day. when I asked i was told it operated only from 5-12. It was ok for me since my flight left around 1pm but they should change that on their page! Coffee at the reception area was not drinkable..

Within walking distance of airport in the afternoon when I arrived, but the shuttle was great early the next morning. Clean, quiet, comfortable room.

The TV was difficult to figure out. The front desk staff was helpful.

adequate and frustrating

It is located across from the airport.

The bathroom door was squeaky - very difficult to sleep through! The shower was extremely difficult to use. They should put directions up to instruct how to use it.

Stay at this location whenever we need to layover for a flight.

It’s close to the airport, the shuttle bus generally runs every 20-30 minutes.

Didn’t have an extra throw blanket to deal with any extra chills.
