The customer service was great. We were allowed early check in with any additional fees. Shuttle driver was friendly. Rooms were clean and smelled fresh. Conveniently located a short distance from the airport.

Location
It's a huge scam to charge guests to park there. I get it if you want to charge people that are parking for the airport but guests should be able to park for free. When I eat at Denny's down the street they don't charge me to park because I am there as a customer. Same with staying at a hotel. It would be easy to tell who is a paying customer and who is not but that's not the point, is it? You don't WANT to. You want the money...
